Payment Schedule
- A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
To provide guests with added peace of mind, we offer a 48-hour cooling-off period for reservations made more than 30 days before arrival.
- If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of booking, the deposit will be refunded less any non-refundable payment processing, merchant, bank transaction and gateway fees incurred by the booking and refund transaction.
- After the 48-hour cooling-off period, the 20% deposit becomes non-refundable.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- Reservations made within 30 days of arrival are not eligible for the 48-hour cooling-off period and are non-refundable from the time of booking.
- Where cancelled dates are subsequently rebooked, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a partial or full refund of amounts received, less applicable fees and charges.
